About Seamus' Irish Pub
Inspired by the timeless tradition of the Irish public house, Seamus' Irish Pub was created to bring people together over a perfectly poured pint, a great meal, and even better conversation. As Charleston-area locals, my brother Sean and I have always appreciated the character, history, and sense of community that make Historic Downtown Summerville such a special place. We wanted to bring an authentic Irish pub experience to the heart of downtown while creating a gathering place for friends, families, neighbors, and visitors alike. Whether you're stopping in after work, catching a match, or spending the evening with friends, we hope you'll feel right at home. Throughout the week you'll find plenty of entertainment, including live music every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday featuring an eclectic mix of local and regional artists. On Friday and Saturday nights, we keep the energy going with late-night DJs to round out the evening.
At the center of every great Irish pub is great food and even better drinks. Our draft lineup proudly features the iconic Irish trio of Guinness, Smithwick's, and Harp, alongside a rotating selection of other favorites. Whiskey lovers will feel right at home with classics like Bushmills, Redbreast, and Jameson, plus an expanding collection of Irish whiskeys, premium spirits, and handcrafted cocktails inspired by Irish tradition. Pair your drink with one of our hearty pub favorites, sandwiches, or shareable appetizers, all designed to complement the welcoming atmosphere that makes an Irish pub so memorable.
We proudly offer traditional bar service, where guests order food and drinks directly from our bartenders. If you or someone in your party needs assistance, we'll always do our best to accommodate table service whenever possible—just let one of our staff members know. While we absolutely love our furry friends, Seamus' Irish Pub is not pet friendly. Due to the intimate size of our pub and our limited outdoor patio space, we're unable to safely accommodate pets. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you for great food, exceptional drinks, live entertainment, and genuine Irish hospitality.
